This app has been updated over the years and it is awesome! Constantly updating and making things better with the suggestion of their members.

Great app and easy to use!

It needs a lot of work. Rudimentary, not easy for people under 25 to understand. The only reason why I can somewhat navigate it is because I had computer classes in elementary school in the 80s.

Straight forward and easy to use!!

Love the updated app. You can easily switch between stores. It includes training videos to use the app and you can add staff training for them to do in the app.

Constantly glitches on what our schedule is..I don’t know why, feels like it’s cruel to have my anxiety freak out when I think I have to work a shift that turns out to be a glitch 🤦‍♀️ update the app

Ive been using this app for almost a year and I have absolutely no idea why my management still use this app. It’s slow, difficult to process, and some features don't even work properly. I hope that one day, my employer will review the efficiency of this app and consider getting different tech that will be more user friendly.

My job requires us to switch back and forth between profiles to see our schedules at different locations throughout the restaurant, which used to be easy (annoying, but easy) and now that option is gone and you have to log out and try to remember the ridiculous business code to go in and see your schedule. Went from semi-user friendly to just garbage now. Please change it back.

Much improved!!! Easy to use and lots of capabilities

There seems to be some problem with the app. At least once a month I have to delete it and reinstall it because my schedule won’t show. I’ll get a notification that my schedule is posted but nothing shows when I open the app. I thought I was doing something wrong as first but many of my coworkers have to do the same. It’s really annoying. I use this app for my part-time job. I’m only there twice a week. If I worked enough to view the posted paper schedule, I would delete this app altogether and not be bothered with it!
