You can’t even input anything in the confirm password bar …

It has been over a year now since the login problem and nothing has been fixed!

This Gig Takaful is the worst application I’m using I have the insurance for my next travel, but when I want to verify and confirm it from the application, I tried to login and it shows error. It does not show my policy as well. Every time this happens so what’s the use of the application this deserve zero star

Can't update Address. The policy shown is invalid can't even remove it .Kindly do update it. Please fix the issues with the app.

When trying to update profile (address), it doesn’t update at all, there is a massive bug in the app! Moreover, the app needs an update since it is very slow and hardly view your correct information. 3/5

Easy and convenient to use for all insurance purposes

I tried to register since I’m new user i provide all the information & did provide the right OTP but still it says Registration failed. I tried many times still the same not usefull at all

التطبيق يحتاج الى الصيانة في حالة الدفع السريع يخبرني يرجى تحديث البرنامج! واللي عندي اخر تحديث! للاسف التطبيق اسمه smart Takaful لا ينطبق عليه وكول سنتر ما يردون.

I can’t access the application, it shows Ramadan offer the sorry we are under maintenance

Can't download the app, it's keep asking for payment!
