J’ai activé la fonction synchronisation voix et texte dans les paramètres mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Je suis obligé de lire la consigne pour que mon enfant joue. Ça n’a aucun sens mon enfant ne peut pas jouer seul. Pour un jeu payant c’est très décevant. Quelqu’un peut aider?

This is very frustrating, I paid for ONE YEAR ans the app doesn’t work anymore, I can’t even get a reimbursement, I really want my money back or at least the game.

Scammers once downloaded. You cannot unsubscribe. Did sent email but no response Developer response is Amazing but not able to response back to his reply . The 2nd day of our signup we requested by email to cancel the subscription. And way he mentioned like since we got charged we are trying to trick ,Shame on you guys for stealing people’s money and giving excuses like this . All in all there app structure is so bad we cannot even close it or exit it . No option to unsubscribe. This app is not good. You keep the money and have some nice burger or something with your coworkers.

They force you to sign up to a plan without even letting you preview any of their content. Makes me feel like they’re hiding something. Too many times you sign up for a trial only to see you’ve been billed “accidentally” and then you have to fight to get refund on the yearly plan they force you to take when you get the free trial. If you didn’t act like you were trying to trick me into forgetting about the trial period and lock me into a year, maybe I would have giving it a shot… but I don’t even know what your content looks like because you have it tucked away behind your pay wall

I try to delete and reinstall but does not open at all. Very frustrating

My daughter has been practicing math and reading with Smart Tales. I'm very happy about it.

They offered to give us 7 days free and they charged my card the same day and not 7 days later as they explained. I made a claim and they don't want to give my money back. additionally the apps is not appropriate for my son.

I was very excited to have my daughter do something other than watching YouTube all day. Until, I watched her play and they were saying her answer(s) were wrong even though they were right. DO NOT trust this app to teach your children properly. But the idea could work out if it was executed properly.

I did a seven day trial and forgot to cancel so now I have $100 app that I cannot access. I have tried reaching out to the developer through email and was told that the email is not accessible. I contacted Apple, and was told that there was no recourse for a refund, so now I have $100 children’s app that I cannot use because of a defect in the app.
