Hi. How do I sync app or watch with my iphone device or apple health? Have the watch for about a month and still struggling with it

Everytime i connect my watch to the app my watch just keeps on restarting and only does it when it is on the app, watch also does not sync with phone so cant even use the watch at all. Please fix this issue

App constantly disconnects from Iphone and stop’s notifications feed. Please fix it

Update Glitches
After the last update, the app doesnt sinc the blood pressure data. Sometimes the blood pressure reading remains the same
