Works when it works

Paid the extra a while ago and when it works it works well. But many times it won’t connect to the tv even though the wifi is on. You can sit there for 20min trying to turn it on. Sometimes even trying to turn it back on only a few minutes after you turned it off!! My tv often has updated, but you don’t get updates on the remote app. I don’t think the app has ever updated in over three years!!?? At least it has never prompted me to.

Doesn’t connect.

It looks like a good product but does not connect to the TV. It says it has to be on same internet network but it is on the same network. It correctly identifies the name of the TV but not connect.

Does not work

Just paid for the extra feature to turn the TV on because I’d lost the remote and cannot find the on button on the frame …. only to find I can’t use the on off button until the tv is on. Please return my payment. Would have been nice to know that before I paid. Thanks

Ads and crippled functionality…

$26 to get basic functionality without ads? That’s pitiful :(

It couldn’t connect to my Samsung TV. It doesn’t work.

Useless DONT DOWNLOAD

I’ve now paid for 2 different version both are trash. Don’t waste your time. Least affective app I’ve ever used
