My tv b apps giving hard time n confused
This app is terrible
I’ve just installed this app and it’s already asked me for a review three times. The only feature I’ve used is turning down the volume, which worked. Haven’t had time to test any other feature yet. Maybe wait until I’ve used it for at least five minutes next time?
Samsung smart (yeah, right) TV kept crashing on internet apps, so had to keep rebooting. Reset network which never helped, so decided to reset smart hub which clears all apps which then needed to be reinstalled just in case any corrupted. Needed to enter default 0000 to reset hub, but remote that came with the TV never had numbers and no drop down menu on TV to enter. This remote worked great to enter the required numbers to reset the smart hub. Also never tried to force me to join Facebook like another I downloaded and then deleted. A+

I don’t know what compelled me to actually pay for this. I did and it’s not exactly worth it. Not all the buttons work and how am I supposed to get the guide up and if I’m watching YouTube I can’t control it. Plus ads! Uhmm refund please and thank you.
Don’t even bother, waste of space
I would give a zero. Every time I pushed a button it popped up an ad. Too annoying.
You have to pay for the remote that actually works for the TV. Before it lets you use the remote, you have to give permission (each time) on your TV.... with a remote.... so when I couldn’t find my remote I thought this would be a great solution.... until I needed to give the TV permission each time. So I won’t pay $7 for the new update and try the secondary remote because I wouldn’t need this remote if I have my actual remote. Maybe it just needs a upgrade? Either way, I’ll just be more responsible with my TV
