Smart TV Remote for Samsung

I installed this app and there was three days trial and i unsubscribed during trial period but they still charged me for that. I request apple for refund but apple just mentioned its not eligible for refund without giving any reason. These people are scammers and apple is also involved with them i guess because after applying for 3 times for refund they are not giving me reason that why they deduct the amount from wallet. Very unsatisfactory service from both apple and this app

It’s ridiculous that such a basic app, which does almost nothing works mostly with paying for it.
