Smart TV Things for Sam TV App

Hi , I bought this program for life time without thinking, it contains a trackpad, but it is not as comfortable as the SmartThings Trackpad, which works like a real mouse with the browser and typing what is required through the mobile directly, unlike your program when browsing, it does not contain a keyboard inside to write directly , required is instead of annoying moving between letters on the large display screen with arrows it’s more Wasting time

Honestly why would anyone download this if there isn’t even ONE feature/button that works for free.

Can’t cancel this purchase

I paid $20 for the lifetime premium version after coming home to my dogs chewing up the remote that came with the tv. Since there was no way to click “allow” to allow the app to access the TV, the app was pretty much useless. I still ended up having to buy a new remote, therefore not even needing the $20 app I just purchased. I’m sure it’s great if you also have your remote in hand, but again, at that point, why not just use the remote.

Total waste of money, don’t buy it

They act like they are the samsung app needed for controlling all your samsung appliances and appear as the first app when you search smartthings in the app store. But it is not the correct one.

Trying to set things up and has continuous pop ups Only wanted to hook up washer NOT tv like it keeps asking never getting to ask about washer

It does absolutely nothing. Now I can’t find how to cancel the premium plan it pretty much forces you to take
