Smart Wristband2

IOS prompted me to update this morning so I updated. Since the update all the saved data has been erased, I am unable to log into my profile- I get a message "log in failed, try again later" half a day later I am still not able to log in... The update is woeful- non intuitive. Feedback, troubleshooting and user guide features don't work either... Feel like throwing the watch against the wall! I can connect to the watch and extract the data collected for the last 2 days but nothing more- feeling really annoyed with it, as it is my daughters watch and I had been collecting data to gauge improvements since August... Poor very poor

I have worn my new wristband watch approximately 3 weeks but only wear it to work... it needs charging everyday and now it’s not working at all show only it needs charging putting it onto charge it shows fully charged...not happy Australia

Good & easy app. But sleep patterns are not correct. Says I slept 12 hours - I was sitting watching tv- went to bed & had an aweful sleep - but it says it was 102%! Haha

I like this app! It records the data I want to track, and I can turn off the notifications I don’t need. I wasn’t looking for the full smart watch experience, just a decent activity and sleep tracker. This app does both well. My only problem is that it doesn’t sync with Apple Health. This is really a necessity for a “smart” iOS app supporting a “smart” device.

Not sure why the sleep tracking dropped off but it was my favourite feature. Now the app seems pretty pointless!

Where is the sleep tracking gone?????

The Activity/Sleep buttons have disappeared from the day/month/year page

As the title says, the app does what it says it will do. I would love to see more integration Apple’s built-in Health app to see statistics and such.

If the GPS is in constant use, have you considered being able to select OFF? My answer is to not link it. I like the heart rate monitor. I see this update no longer has the bicycle selection, and I do not see the Run History map shown in the App Store. I am not a runner, nevertheless I was hoping to see the map. I purchased Smart Wristband when it was first advertised. I have no interest in Apple Health. I think you might consider your Smart Wristband has been a better product without it.

Cheap off brand “smart” watch. Meh. Don’t waste your money
