I am trying to update information and cannot get into my account. I have tried several times previously and now that there is wildfire in the area, I have tried again. Please help!

I’m repeatedly getting questionnaires, but whenever I answer the questions-no response, or it’s automated to not answer my question.

Don’t forget your log in credentials unless you want an endless loop of attempts.

I downloaded this app almost a year ago. Haven’t used it yet for an emergency, but I like it. I hope it help me when I need it and I love it anyway thank you for being there for me. I hope this will help me when I need it.

I like this app to keep me informed on our weather.

I have never received an alert. The app is sluggish and glitchy. Can add a 2nd address, however cannot add alerts for it. This app appears to be a great idea in theory! I have read so many reviews to learn issues others are experiencing which are the same and even more! I received a notification to update my info. which is why I even opened the app, however, I am deleting as other users have, as the app is useless. Wish it actually worked…

I never really figured out what this app is supposed to do. I kept getting alerts that the app was tracking my location but every time I opened the app to find out what the app actually did, NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH.

As a first responder in Jefferson County, CO, I can tell you having immediate access to critical information like what is self-provided to Smart911 is crucial. Things like door codes, gate codes, garage codes for example, sent to us via secured MDT or Mobile Data Terminal for quicker patient access, and in simpler terms, allow us to gain entry into the home without unnecessary damage. Yes this is stuff you can tell dispatch over the phone, but what if you can’t. Also knowing where utilities are, allowing for quick shut off, pets in the home, cars registered to occupants who reside in the home, tell us upon arrival to a house fire, if the dwelling may be occupied or not, and if their are pets we need to save. I can’t speak for the efficacy of the app, but at a minimum, go online to smart911.com and provide as much info as you can. Your first responders appreciate it!

Overall, this app is ok; however, if you live in Jefferson County, Colorado or any jurisdictions serviced by JeffCom (law enforcement dispatch) don’t bother with this app for safety notifications. They hardly ever put out notifications and God knows this County isn’t crime free. They used to put out frequent notifications for Lakewood residents, but ALL JeffCom safety notifications for ALL areas have stopped. With geo tracking and 10 miles radius turned on, the only notifies I’ve received in the last year are for weather.
