The SmartCare by Cigna Mobile App is designed for Cigna Insurance Middle East customers covered with “Smartcare by Cigna” plans. You can register by either using your Emirates ID or Neuron ID mentioned on the digital ID card. Fill in all the details required on the registration page on the app and an activation code will be sent to you via email & SMS, enter the code on the SmartCare by Cigna App and you will have successfully registered. You can then click on the ‘Login’ button and enter your details and click ‘GO’ to access your account
This app will serve as your centralised “hub”, a single destination from where you can search providers, view plan information, check your claims status and so much more.
The SmartCare by Cigna App gives you fast, easy access to important health information while on the go. From your mobile device, you can:

• Book a doctor’s appointment
• View and download digital ID cards
• Submit and track claims
• View list of benefits
• Receive e-prescriptions

New updated app got too many checks but after fulfilling all, the responses from the team are very poor.
Also recently we noticed that your team is rejecting all requests giving unnecessary reasons though documents are well submitted. To get documents checked team needs 10 days but after rejecting we are given either 2 day or sometime no time to respond

Impossible to register / login
Can’t register by Emirates ID no. Can’t register by membership card no. Everything is invalid. Everything is incorrect. Email not recognized. Basically impossible to login. Even though 3 years ago it worked. That’s why i have a password! At some point, many years ago it worked! Not anymore! It is incredibly frustrating. How come email is not recognized since i have a password that i’ve used for years…. I don’t know.

The app have glitches, you get logged out automatically for no reason while submitting a claim or sometimes bank account doesn’t show in the drop down list
