Smartcharge

Just doesn’t work. Says car is plugged in when it isn’t. Says car isn’t connected when it is. Shows ludicrous connection times of hundreds of hours but zero electricity use! Why don’t BP fix it?? Whenever you update the electricity tariff, it changes all the historical charging costs in line with the new tariff! So, for example, a charge that actually cost, say £4, when electricity was 15p per unit will be updated to show it cost you £8 if electricity is now 30p per unit. Also after 3 years, the app and the web portal just stop working. What a shower this company is.

Dreadful app and the charger is no better.

No luck with the customer services and it’s been 2 weeks. Seemed app has logged me out and webportal does not recognise me anymore. Can not use night tariff which is a big requirement for EV users now. Waiting for BP to come up with a solution

Glitches, won’t connect, inaccurate data, basically useless!

We had our charger now 18 months and what a game BP pulse wouldn’t listen couldn’t get the stupid app to connect in the end sent them the electric bill to pay because of faults in the app it wasn’t my fault they paid up £460.00.

If I could give the review zero stars I would. Terrible app, terrible ux, no updates in 3 years, all round rubbish. Sort it out please!

Absolutely rubbish, sorry l ever got the app never worked from day one, come on bp get a grip. Do not use!!!!!!!!.

This app is the worst can’t even log on have to reset password every time I use it now I have ev drive electric so can only charge between 12-7am can’t do a schedule as it doesn’t work so if I want my car changing have to stay up till 12 Ridiculous Would give it a 0 star but can’t

Please update the app!

From all the improvements in EVs and phone tech developer has not made 1 update what was a quite bad app anyway! The list of poor use and lack of functionality it so big I can’t be bothered!
