Check the smartESS app , it’s advanced by far than SmartClient app

hi i just got the inverter with dongle installed yesterday. i must say the app was disappointing. first the interface with iphone should be reviewed and tested on an iphone the wifi setting took ours becuase i couldn’t find the setting button, it is miss placed over lapping with the page tittle. second i would expect it to mirror the lcd screen of the device. third it is very important to see the battery level and the load in real time. with push notification at customer selected levels like 40% for battery and 80% for load as an example. also a push notification when source is changed. like when the utility power if of and the system is consuming battery. i hope you make these changes very soon. i know the most of my friends are looking for these options. and one last thing the fan noise should be as silent as possible i think there are much quieter fans out there. good luck

- Useful data is hidden inside the fifth nested screen - No battery Percentage - No current system status - Data is generic and not processed

Must be last page in app. (battery and pv voltage ect.) the first or second page. So not need 5 steps to see it. Thanks

A very failed application that lacks an application to become an application.. It never gives information about the inverter.. as an application shine phone( perfect app)

No live updates No battery % No alarm recorded All other solar apps provide these features please add them and make the app more useful Thank you

The app is very good but we need to be able to see the data as graphics as we can do if we login to shinemonitor.com. In the app, we are only able to see the data as list of values. CN

An option that shows the status of the connection of the grid is really helpful. Please add an option like that.

There is one drawback, which I have noticed in the app. If I want to get an update of the data of one year back, it is not available. If we could get some feedback and previous data history of a year back, also it would be fantastic. So that comparison could be made as regards the consumption and utilisation.
