Es una app muy completa . Permite controlar casi todas las funciones del equipo . Muy recomendable.

Me pide meter una contraseña que según viene en el mini split, no hay ninguna contraseña y por lo tanto no puedo usar la app

Intetesante que podamos controlar algunas funciones de “la estufa” (que en el manual le llaman “la rango” del ingles range ). Pero, la estufa monogram maravillosa

Developers, look, some of you have been developing iOS Apps for seventeen years. iPads came to market in 2010, and I acknowledge that allowing iPads to run apps designed only to run on original iOS phones was probably smart to ease and speed adoption of tablets. It also took Apple 9 years to release its own iPad version of iOS. But I no longer understand how any iOS developer could be happy shipping iPad-compatible apps that have not been optimized to utilize the larger screen. Why do I still have a fake phone-sized version of this App a few days before 2025, FIFTEEN YEARS, after there was clearly a need to do some simple UI tweaks to simply have a native app. Please, for the love of god let your New Year’s resolution be spending two weeks making the app look good on my giant 12.9” iPad. I will also continue to quietly hope Apple finally tells you all they no longer support the bandaid temporary fix they implemented before some high school students today were born. How a company like Apple, known for its attention to detail in designs, doesn’t change its policy on this is beyond comprehension.

I own a GE Ultrafresh Vent washer and dryer, and I hooked my appliances up to the SmartHQ App. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t even allow me to remotely start my washer and dryer because this feature is not allowed. Unfortunately, I still have to manually turn on the washer and dryer by hand when standing in front of them, and then I am able to somewhat control my appliances. Come on, GE! You all can do better than this. What is the use of the Smart HQ app if one cannot completely control their appliances by starting and stopping them remotely? What a joke of an app! For two smart appliances that cost me nearly $3,000.00 - I expected better from GE in terms of an app to control my appliances.

Text me the whole system. Finally connected to my Wi-Fi. Then timed out before it would connect. I’ve tried this four different times.

The only way to know if your wash is done is through this app, because GE, in its infinite wisdom, does not include an audible alert. Your wash could have finished three years ago and you’ll never know unless you go to the machine and look at it. AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TRY, YOU CANNOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT. I’m going back to Samsung.

I follow the instructions from GE to install Smarthq for my new air conditioner but any of my AC could be paired, my network either, one time almost success but I was unable to write the password of anything. The instructions are generic. Do not work, lost of my time.

This machine takes 4, 5 and up to 6 hours to complete a modest load size.

Completely useless Air Fryer option for a $4000 oven. I can’t say I’m surprised by GE’s inability to provide a product that works as advertised. GE=Garbage Equipment
