Absolutely excellent, made the visit to the nationalGallery so much more interesting
Cannot set a password
Unable to set a password and stuck on thus screen that says something is wrong’. Very annoying as I am at the Van Gogh exhibition in London and am unable to access the audio guide.
Not wirking
I lost my downloaded audio tour at National Gallery Van Gogh 3 times. Now given up
Terrible
Terrible app, which has many bugs and doesn’t offer a full service. I would avoid!
Useless
Experience at the Ashmolean museum. I selected 1 of the 3 audio guides. It was extremely hard to find the gallery rooms AND then find the right item in the room. I also tried the floor scan stickers. I tried the one in front of the Statue of Sobek. I tried the SAME QR code 3 times and got 3 DIFFERENT results. NONE were the right one. What are we doing?
Access to Photos Denied
One of the great features of earlier versions allowed you to go to a photo you had taken in a gallery and get the description of the work of art. I wonder why it was removed
Cutty Sark
I had a poor experience of this tour - video tour wouldn’t open for me. Maybe site wifi poor?
No sound even though playing. Rubbish.
Useless
Doesn’t seem to work.
Download App then downloaded the audio tour for Upton House, England. I’ve clicked on several of the audio tours but they don’t play.
