Why can’t I just log into my account?
Once I bought my new phone, the app will not let me log into my account it only lets me use a activation code that I do not have anymore. Please allow to allow logins from new app download
Needs iOS 18 update
App does what it states. Works for the air conditioners I have. However, after updating to iOS 18 the widgets stopped working. It needs to support iOS 18 widgets.
Will not work without a QR code
Does anyone know how to log in to app after update? Will not let me log in to excising account without scanning a QR Code
Terrible
This app did not even let me sign in when I downloaded it. It kept asking me for an activation code or scanning a QR code. Fix your app and get your things together. I’d like not to rely on my remote because it doesn’t light up.

Will not connect to the zokop 12000btu mini split as they claim in the notes

added split system, works great on Iphone no issues. no need for remote which i use for back up.
Update app asap‼️
Please update your app i just recently bought a window air conditioner that has wifi 🛜 but the qr code keeps saying that the app needs an. Update⁉️ fix this sht paid 600 for the unit this needs to work.
