Not sure why, but every time it just sits there and spins until I restart the app.

Absolutely by far the worst app out there.. and it’s a security app. Logins take forever. Buttons tiny for passcode causing touch points to be terrible. Malfunctions when disarming, causing multiple dispatch calls and false alarms. I could blindfold my grandmother and she could make a better functioning app than this. Either fix this atrocious hot garbage app or give us back the old outdated app that actually worked, responded, and functioned properly.

If you have not chosen an alarm monitoring service, check first to see who monitors your installed system. Smartlink is not the best app. It is very frustrating to have an alarm app that simply doesn’t work well. I’ve had it for eight years and for some reason I keep hoping that it will improve. I really like my company that is local, and don’t want to switch to a national company. The issue is they do have to use a larger monitoring company. There’s no more local monitoring which would make it much easier. The app mostly says No Connection. I have to swipe up to close app and reopen. It will work after that but ridiculous to expect it to not work smoothly. Connection is usually slow, too.

The app is slow to login. Sometimes you can’t login at all. Very frustrating to use.

It was never a great app. Now it is terrible. The login takes several minutes and the text updates appear hours/days later. It was so much better before

I’ve never had some many problems with an app before the app will work sometimes and most times you have to cut your phone off and back on to arm the system I have called but that doesn’t do any good because the app does the same thing

This app is atrocious, and the security service provider is awful. Update: Since the update the app works even less. Please fix it!

This alarm system use a App that's absolutely worth less you are constantly disabling and re installing the app because of bugs, the developers should have this problem resolved by now but evidently not since I see how far back the crappie reviews go 😡

App does not work consistently. App runs extremely slow after last update. Often, I am not able to open the app services to turn on/off alarm or unlock doors.

After an app update yesterday, I was no longer able to log in to the app. Response is that the username or password are incorrect. I verified my log in credentials, and I still could not access my alarm panel settings from the app. I after a day, it finally let me log in.
