Reasons for one star are that every time I try to use the app I’m logged out. Trying to log back in won’t let me use my password manager and I have to reset my pin. Every time. After getting in the app works fine, but very simplistic and not outstanding in any way. So one star will stay until auth works properly.

I will put 1 star because I can’t put my timesheet on the app. You are a app to the employers to get paid and can’t do your job done

Have a team of five rural staff - switched to Smartly (previous Smart Payroll) from our other payroll system which was very clunky. Smartly has made collecting timesheets from staff and paying wages a breeze. I highly recommend this payroll system!

When selecting multiple date I find it hard to select range, particularly if dates are far apart

Slow, buggy and hard to use / lacking feature sets for managers in the mobile view. Approving leave is buggy, app crashes or freezes regularly and it’s so very slow. 15 seconds between interface and response on some pages. Without question the worst modern app experience I’ve had.

If it could handle working past midnight without having to do 2 entries would be a huge improvement. Moving from day shift to night shift can be painful as start time may be before the last end time so need to change end time first then start time. Besides that it works well.

How do these people sleep at night?

Nothing but problems to me, I wish I could sign in on a piece of paper after using this. Sorry I know people work hard on this. But your boss needs to give you guys more money to do your job and not feel rushed.

I’ve been unable to apply for leave a few times through this app as there have been glitches. It would be nice to log in via a web portal as a backup option, but for some reason this is locked to managers only.

It’s quite and easy to use and easy to navigate .
