This is by far the worst transit app I’ve ever experienced. Why do you need all those personal information for buying a transit card??? Why do you need a user to sign in every time when it’s already in app to edit any information??? Why are you not even showing the correct location of your buses??? I can’t imagine saying this but cash is way easier than this app.

Be careful adding funds to this from your Apple Pay. It will delete the card and you will have to redo everything.

Won’t let me make an account. I can’t get past the security question page. Terrible app. They did zero user testing

Whoever did actually assemble this tragic excuse for a smart card replacement app should be forced to actually demo the app before releasing it as a “finished” product. It is almost 2025 and *this* is the state of your app? It’s pathetic and embarrassing and I am shocked and angered at how you have so *proudly* put your names on this entry-level, junior-varsity, sorry excuse for a high-school level coding final project and called it good. This should be a prestigious and highly utilized app that helps change things for the better and your neglectful ignorance of that one simple point of pride shows in your work and is probably why you should not occupy the seat you currently do. Get a new job

This app is abjectly terrible. If you have an account going in, best of luck ever getting it to help retrieve your password.

Just like the metro system in DC, easy to use and best way to get around!
