SmartWOD is an incredible workout application. It creates random workouts based on the equipment you have available that day. It now even tracks your historical times to see if today is a PR….and all that is under the free version. The paid version is cheaper annually than a gym membership. This app either paid or unpaid is a huge win.

I paid for the lifetime subscription because I enjoyed it and wanted to restore and back up, my workouts. now, it doesn’t work, and when I clicked restore, it’s asking me to pay more money

Have had a home gym since 2020 and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to find this app. It is sooo cool. You enter what equipment you have available in your gym, and it will create a library of hundreds of workouts for you that you can log performance and progress on. It will build a workout for you based on a specific movement you want to do, a specific muscle group, or a specific piece of equipment you want to use. You can also build your own workout and it gives you a bunch of different templates for doing so. The only thing I think this app is missing is ability to log your own workout for the day such as a simple run or yoga if you did not do a smart WOD that day.

Great app. They did a really good job updating it. You can choose the equipment you have and it will generate a great workout. It also has sample videos of the workout movements if you want them!

My home gym workouts were getting stale and I would waste time looking up wods before my workouts. When it’s 5am and you only have about 30 mins to sweat, every minute counts. With this app, it’s all here for me to scroll through. Really enjoying it.

The lifetime price advertised in iTunes doesn’t match what’s being charged in the app. And the support team doesn’t seem to care.

I struggled to find new and exciting workouts…. Problem solved!!!

So far only improvement suggestions would be allow an automatic round countdown feature after each set i.e. EMOM TABATA since the rounds go for so long ya forget and get to tired to do it manually The lad escape view feature especially should have this feature Love the random WOD SELECTOR to keep things interesting and love creating my own workouts
