App funktioniert überhaupt nicht; kein Update in Sicht => miserabel

It’s good to use but I do wish to open and use it…but sometimes it won’t even start, it’s just the opening screen and then nothing more

I‘d apprechiate that an app i pay 5$ for would just work. It happens very often i tap on a category or training and nothing would happen. Apart from this the contents and layout are very clear. Overall the product is very good but please improve the app.

Die App funktioniert fast garnicht. Videos laden nicht und anmelden funktioniert jetzt auch nicht mehr.

The equipment is very good but the App is just bad. Videos are not loading. Always logging out. Tracking is working not good. Bad design.

Most of the time the video don’t play or they stop and refuse to play. The Hardware is topnotch but this app is soooooooooo bad. Why aren’t the videos not integrated into the app. There is no offline function. I would pay for this app if it works well. But now I bought the whole kit and have a app which is not working correctly. Just disappointing i always have to use my mobile traffic when I use it outside and it isn’t working stable. And inside the app is the same I have the fastest internet connection you can have in Germany and the videos alwaaaaaaaays crash. Pls make the app work

Sehr geehrtes Kundenservice, Ich habe 2x die Bänder für 110€ geholt das heißt für 220€ und trotzdem muss ich für die App zahlen! Das ist Wucher man hätte den Code für die App als Premium machen können wenn man die Bänder kauft für die volle Funktion die 5€ sind schwachsinn!

Kann man evtl. eine Funktion einbauen, um den Fortschritt zurückzusetzen? Ich mach den einen Kurs zum zweiten Mal, vergesse aber immer wo ich war, da alles bereits abgehakt ist. Die history hilft hier auch nicht richtig. Danke

For learning possible exercises, it’s good. But for beginners not detailed enough. The tracking is in a separate section of the App - is not effective. You can not track the repetitions, only the resistance! Makes absolutely no sense for me. I use it just for the exercise library and need a separate book to write down my progress during a workout. Too bad!

As the exercise programs and the tracking of your resistance are located in separate parts of the App, its useless. Additionally the exercises in the tracking part are completely mixed up, not sorted and no search function. So either you still use a paper book for tracking training development or you need to plan double time for your training. Potential is there but a lot room for improvement.
