I’m very disappointed that staff will not accept a phone call. I had a lot of difficulties with returning an item and it cost me $23 for a return for an exchange only. I made a mistake with navigating the app return process. I do love your products and wish they didn’t sell out so fast, but customer service is high on my list.

This is such an easy app to use. Love that I can tag something I like and order it when it is back in stock.

Would love the ability to select minimal packaging and remove extras, like the canvas bags that come with every order. I have no use for them and it seems like such a waste.

Easy to navigate, add items to cart, and check out! Wish you could categorize items by type such as rompers, dresses, tops etc. but still easy to view the items and scroll through them all. Quick add function is great. #SmashTessVIP
