SMCU Mobile Banking

I love SMCU. However, the new mobile app update is poor. It gives an error message that I need an internet connection when I try to access my accounts. I need at least two tries and sometimes more to view my accounts.

Just recently it started getting glitchy and logging you out time to redo it

I really enjoy doing business with a small local bank.

Absolute trash. Locks you out for every little transaction you do, requiring you to call the branch every time.

Great Credit Union. App works. Accurate. Interface is not straight forward, but it is so small, I can find everything. Optional email alerts are great, but the information in the emails is not presented for quick analysis - too many useless words. Alert setup is overly clunky. Everything works in the app, and it is appreciated, but it could use some organization.

I’ve been with St Mary’s for over 50 years. Always there when I need a car loan, personal loan or just advice on handling my money.

New update slowed in Mobil app

Start over. Login is abominable. Only account where I have issues with login for over a year!!

I guess that broke with the last update. There’s no way to tell the app by going into settings or privacy or a camera to link to the app. So there’s no way to remotely deposit checks at the moment using an iPhone.

App is pretty good. Not sure why the developer hasn’t included face recognition. Newer iPhones don’t have fingerprint option anymore, would love to not have to type in my password every time I log-in.
