You can close the photos when you view them in the messages. you have to close the app and reopen the app

This app is awful. Will not let me go past sign in screen.

I get email and app notifications that something new has been posted to Smile, but I can only find new material about half the time, after visiting every part of the app. Please add a flag that shows what is new!

I just now installed the app and first thing it says is update app before continuing. Go to App Store to update but it doesn’t show up on my update list. Tried re installing, same results.

How to set up user and password?

I just downloaded app on iPad and phone and the initial screen is a login screen.. but no where is there a section to actually set this up. How do I set this up? I’m also not seeing the Dashboard when I open the app. Please advise

So glad with Covid restrictions that we can stay engaged with our family in assisted living.

I can’t get past the first page that says choose provider. Been trying for a week. Did what they said and it still doesn’t work
