Worst experience ever. Applied for an assignment through the app and the agent contacted me saying the client is keen, but when I tried to ask if minor adjustments could be made to the schedule and tried to negotiate the rate, the agent ignored my message and chose not to reply. At least have the courtesy to reply with a “No” so I know that the client is not agreeable. The next day, I tried to follow up and ask if there’s any updates, thinking they might have missed my message. No, they still ignored me and did not give me any replies. What kind of customer service is this? So I went to check the assignment details on the app again and realised that the assignment has been closed and taken by another tutor. What was so difficult about telling me that the assignment has been taken? This disrespect is unacceptable. Terrible company with rude staff. Apply at your own risk!

I really like how everything is clean and simple. The app also allow us to set on alert so anytime when there are new assignment we are able to know. The app also allow us to set our preference and our convenience so is a win-win situation for both the agent and tutors. So far the jobs that I had applied I am really satisfied.
