When I first played when I died in sewer 1 time I watched a ad then it said watch ad to try again why I only had one life and yes I was on easy mode

So basically every map I am in there are these weird white textures that are like a huge wall. In St Atlantis the waterfall is COMPLETELY white. Is this a technical issue or did I just find an entrance ro the backrooms?
