TERRIBLE App!!!! Very frustrating trying to use it!!!! Why does it kept giving “error in retrieving journey route. Pls ensure you have stable data connection and try again. “ when my data connection is good and regardless where I’m. Even when at home with wifi connection and still same error.

Loved the app for a few weeks then the app keeps sending me error messages about not being able to connect due to lack of data. Developers, please update the app. Thanks.

Can’t use plan my journey function, pls fix it!

Ive been using the app with no problem usually but recently the “Connect 3.0” keep popping up over and over again even though i have a stable connection. I cant even use the app at all now for a month because that notification keep popping up. Please fix this errorZ

App keeps reporting Connect 3.0 error.

It’s very annoying when iOS update, n this pop up n the whole app can’t use ?! Pls do something about it. It only working again when u delete the app n re installed back again .

Worst app! Journal planning is not working !

Downloaded and error connecting even though I have fiber at home. Waste time.

App keeps on crashing everytime I open the bus tab. It starts crashing after you search for the bus number.
