Pleased with the prints I get from smug

So let me get this straight. If an event I attend uses this service to share pictures, I HAVE to DOWNLOAD THE APP to get them? Whereas if I do it from a computer I can download them as usual, just fine? This needs a “no thanks, download the files without installing the app” link. I’m not afraid of zip files.

Most of the images in an album I just created are stuck on processing. The thumbnails are available but when you click on them its a blank screen that says processing. I read online that the fix is to delete and re upload, so I deleted the whole album and reloaded it, same problem.

I'm not sure when this improvement occurred, or if I had simply missed it previously. In the past the folders and galleries showed up as large square icons, making poor use of the screen real estate. now, the folders are expandable and more in the format of a list, which I really like. Smugmug is a great photo sharing service, and the app makes it portable. I use the app as a way to keep certain galleries or photos on my phone for easy reference. I love the integration with Lightroom.

Best site for sell photos, app in the phone is good but need to be more similar than the site. But anyways I used more the site than the app.

I am trying to scroll through my photos but there are so many stalls, glitches and drop outs i finally give up and shut it down. Please fix this! It was such a great site before this started happening. I will have to find a new app if this keeps happening.

So many of my albums just say processing on my iPad but they show on my android phone

My chief complaint is pics will not automatically upload unless app is open and the current app being used. If you open something else, uploads stop.

I’ve never really had a good relationship with this app. I was excited to use it when it was first released, but I quickly found out just how hard it is to navigate, find photos/galleries, and edit anything on the site. When I do find something I can do, while it’s saving the settings, it often glitch quits. I’ve come to realize that this app as a whole is useless and I just log onto the computer to do anything associated with my account/website. I hope there is massive improvement in the future.
