HOW?
We have measures in place to prevent catfish, including catfish by filters, edits, or old photos.
- The app includes its own camera roll, were photos must be taken from - Except 1 "Pro Photo". This limits the filters to only the Portrait filter with background blurring.
- Each photo has a photo captured date. This encourages users to actively update their photos.
- This means all photos you see in the app are unique, not copy and pasted from other dating apps.
- Authenticity in this day and age isn’t cheap.
VIP members are able to access our very specific filters such as ethnicity, body type, hair color among other features. VIP members enjoy unlimited likes, however non members can enjoy unlimited likes by watching rewarded ads.
Smugshot is free to download and use. However, we also offer optional subscription packages and single or multiple-use paid services for which no subscription is required.
We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month, 6 month, and yearly subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. Prices are clearly displayed in the app.
