Easy to use

You can not communicate with the private owner slips to ask questions about low water depth, or power or what ever the questions maybe unless you “request a book” and pay. It honestly stupid!

Great place to stay! Convenient to everything, restaurants, shopping, and attractions such as Little Italy and Fells Point and mass at St. Leo’s.

By being able to use snag a slip at any time of the day or night makes the user friendly app that much easier

Every time I use snag a slip it is easy and convenient. When plans have changed, modification has. Been easy.

Need to provide notification of reservation confirmation via the app, or by text message. Also the app should retain all of the vessel information vs typing it in each time.

If you move away from APP for any reason: incoming text or phone call - the APP doesn’t save or return to the reservation spot and you have to log in again and start over - very frustrating.

We usually use Dockwa or call marinas directly. So far both attempts to use snag-a-slip resulted in 0 communication with marinas and delays in confirmation or cancellation. Not knowing how the app works on partner end it’s hard to decide whether it’s the app or the partners, but the end result is that we can’t book anything.

When my yacht club selects a marina to go to, it is very easy to check prices and availability. So far I have used it three times for different marinas and they have had slips and electric matched to my boat. 26’ 30Amp. Also the locations I want are partners with snag a slip so I don’t have to call and leave voicemails, I can reserve at night
