SNAP Resupply

Cannot use the app anymore. I try to login and it says it it can’t find an account with my email address but I try to make another account and it says the email address is already used.

I have used this app for a few years now. This latest version is absolutely useless. I log in with the current email and password and it tells me “Patient Not Found”. I tried to create a new account and it tells me there is already an account with the email. I called my provider. They told me my account is in the system and active. The developer needs to start over because this work earns them an “F”…

Despite all the poor reviews, I had hoped they might have fixed their authentication woes, but alas… not to be. Created a new account, logged in, got a Patient Not Found error… twice. I will be uninstalling now. Sigh.

Every time I try to log in, there is no user found. But when I try to register, there’s already a user with that email address. I try to do forgot password and it can’t find me

I’ve reset my password yet when I try logging in via the app I keep getting “Patient not found” which makes no sense because you keep sending me a reset token every time I try resetting my password.

Nothing has changed — what a useless app.

I have no trouble getting supplies. I depend on my CPAP.

Every time I log off the app it kicks me out, I have to login every single time. Very annoying.

Over and over, restart and turn off turn on does not help.

I only have two email accounts, one for Google one for yahoo. Now they want another email account which I do not have nor do I want one.
