The most significant issue seems to be the lack of support for the app. It’s like they got bored, and walked away.

This app doesn’t work on an iPad, used to but after an update (to make it worse, which they are pretty at it )it stop working the camera doesn’t know up or down left or right, so is useless, I wish there is a 0 stars to rate.

The concept and product is such a great offer. When pitched it seemed to be amazing and would sky rocket our overall online presence. But, now for the past 3-4 months I have had nothing but issues. Steady crashing and failing of the app. Which then leads to the result of photos/360° captures being lost. Miscommunication between this app and vauto which we use to run our inventory management has be horrendous. Lost photos and videos all the time. Constant push notifications every 1-2 mins about pending uploads but all cars have been upload and done. This app needs a serious overhaul. Needs to be fix so I don’t feel like I am having our money stolen. Please listen to your customers. Help us!

If you have any other option, take it. I've had to uninstall and reinstall over a dozen times so far this year to get it to pull yesterday's inventory. Update 3/28: yet another uninstall/reinstall! The banner at the top says it downloaded inventory; that's a straight up lie!

Practically unable to use app. Constantly freezes

Yet another uninstall/reinstall today! At least a dozen times so far this year. Some days it just refuses to update with yesterday's inventory and the only answer is uninstall/reinstall.

I constantly have to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to work. Major bugs!

Literally every time y’all do an update on this app it gets worse. Limiting the photo upload count to 30 at a time is also 1 of the worst changes made. I understand it’s to improve speed (IT HASN’T AT ALL) but full shoots on vehicles average between 30-35 photos more times than not. So having to now go back and upload a 2nd time to the same vehicle all for 1-5 photos is ridiculous when the app ran smoother when there was no limit. Just pay a decent coder to right y’all a better script because this app is trash 8/10 times. 3 stars tho because uploading photos to vehicles through this app still beats having to transfer photos to a computer and uploading through the web browser.

This app is very useful and removes a lot of hassle from taking dealer photos. Love the design, and is easy to use. However, the app needs some rather simple fixes that if applied, would result in a much better rating and user experience. The app still locks up constantly in the middle of photo sets. I don’t have major issues uploading, but I would love to see background uploading implemented. Also, getting signed out every week, and having to constantly sign back in is extremely frustrating, especially when I have to contact my boss every time, as he is the one on the account. The two factor authentication is totally useless and pointless for this application. The only other problem I have is with keyboard compatibility. My phone’s keyboard always glitches out while trying to type on the app. I hope you will consider these items in the next major update!
