This app is making it impossible to do business smoothly! Phone calls are cutting out and texts won’t send 70% of the time. It’s awful now!

I’ve been using this app to work from home since 2020. Since the beginning receiving calls are hit and miss. There is usually a delay between the time I answer the call and the time the customer can hear me talking so sometime they hang up because they think they call is disconnected. As of this week calls aren’t even coming through. I’ve updated the app and my phone and I am connected to good internet. I can make out going calls and check my voicemail but my phone is not ringing when calls come in.

Works ok. Wish I could get notified on watch that a call is coming in.

I never review apps but here I am. This app is horrible. Avoid at all costs. Buggy app that will drop calls given any opportunity it has

Drops calls won’t let you go from one screen to the next and its obviously a cheap amd ridiculous app.

When making phone calls it is silent or you can’t hear anyone when the call connects. Incoming calls ring once and drop. If you’re lucky and a call is connected, it won’t be for long and the call will drop.

Been using this app for about 3 or 4 years for our small office VOIP system. When we first started using it, we had a ton of issues. However, they’ve rolled out updates that have resolved all of the issues! Calls transfer easily, it’s a simple system to use and takes care of our needs. Thanks!

We’ve all heard the phrase you’re only as good as your Internet. To be very clear, this app gets five stars from me- while intermittent Internet, WiFi, or data service is what earns less from time to time. SNAPmobile provides everything it says it does allowing management of VoIP phone calls on mobile while away from the desk without exposing the cell phone number. It keeps calls professional and in our control. it is a whole service in itself.

App is constantly buggy and just does not make clean/crisp voip calls. Use as it is the only alternative, but half the time I end up hanging up with clients and just call them directly through my mobile number versus the voip/office number through Snap. Should not be this difficult? 🤷‍♂️

After update to IOS 17.3.1 the app no longer works. Shows incoming calls but won’t answer. No outgoing calls either.
