Snapplify

This morning I can’t open my pdf or epub books on Snaplify. First got the error “content corrupted, please download again” but no way to re-download. So I updated the app, logged in again and now I get the error for both epub and pdf books that the “format is not supported yet please check back soon”. Wtf?!

Nomafuze Ngcobo helped me to resolve my problem after my ebooks did not open on my new device. I was contacted later again to find out if my problem is resolved after I forgot to reply! Thanks for helping me!

This app is very poor built. It freezes, it’s very slow, one has to repeatedly go in and out of the app because it malfunctions. Reading my favourite book with this app is really terrible. Makes me regret my purchase. It does not even allow me to use Books app on apple devices for a better and more tolerable reading experience. I would advise against its purchase and use!

I love how the app caters for people with challenges like dyslexia and makes it easy for you to take notes and highlight sections while learning from textbooks!

I am extremely frustrated with this app. It’s buggy and freezes frequently. I need to reload the app to go to the next page or access the table of contents but essentially it only works for one action and then freezes again.

I had an issue with purchasing an item but after sending an email, they guided me through and I got my item in less than 2 days. They were so helpful.
