Great app
Update (May18/23): App support has been very responsive. Fixed issues and had good communication through the whole experience. Update (May 17/23): App support has been working with me to debug and may have resolved issues with upcoming update. Thanks. Will adjust my review again with newer release. Previously: It seems this new update (to introduce SnapType Pro 2) brings back some of the bugs reported years ago. It crashes when starting. It also deleted all my previous files as if I've never used SnapType before. After restarting my iPad (with latest iPadOS), app loads but only once. Device restart is required again. Repeats.
