YOUR MOBILE TICKET
- Get your mobile train tickets sent straight to your smartphone in barcode form.
- View or scan your mobile train tickets (no internet connection needed).
- Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed.
- Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

Easy to buy tickets.
Good app. Tickets and information in one place. No hassle app.
Works only 50% of the time
Very frustrating. Whilst the online version works rather well, this mobile app is a disaster!!
Logging on
Well maybe it’s just me... followed all the instructions. Went and got myself a wonderfully impenetrable password and set up the account. Works fine on the desktop. However trying to get the App up and running is just defeating me. Every time I enter my mail address and impenetrable password (did I tell you how ‘impenetrable’ it is..?) I get this wee box pop up that tells me I have an account that has to be verified (? Not sure that’s the phase used but it basically leads me to expect a mail with link to click on that says...”it’s me! Yippee..!!!”.) and i should check my mail including the junk. Hunt high and low - NO MAIL. Tried re registering... trouble is it knows me- so No! Not allowed to do that!!! So I sit in App purgatory... can’t go on, can’t go back... so that’s a big fat ZERO from me simply since I can’t access the app. Sorry chaps...

Got the same advice/ information from the station ticket office as given by the app.
Easy to buy tickets
Downloaded the app when I missed all my connections due to very late train. I am now think of using it when every I travel in Europe.
