An objective review
This is my 4th installment in reviewing this game. The commentary I did was last year. I was hoping to give a good review but still no improvement. The last advice I got about my issue with customer service was to send a pm in their fb page. I did but again, it was either an automatic reply or no reply at all. The latest issue with this game is the loss of hard earned resources. They do not admit any oversight and when they do they will compensate the players with lesser value resources. They also gave out rewards that replaced a fully upgraded equipment without the option of refusing the reward. Again, they did not admit any oversight in the condition and, instead justified it by implying it was the players fault. All the good comment are 3 or 4 years ago. I recognize some of them and they have the same issues as I and many other players have that are unresolved or ignored. I’m writing this comment hopefully to wake up the developers and listen to the issues of the players instead of justifying their oversight. This can be a good game if they improve their customer service and customer issue resolution policy. Right now, the impression is this a “money trap” where even if you spend money to enhance your gaming experience, it is not guaranteed your resources and upgraded equipment will not get lost or not be taken away.
