The clothes are good but the services is very bad I am trying to exchange my order from 2 weeks now and idk it’s the problem of the app or the delivery it always giving me that we couldn’t find ur address (Then how did u guys find my address while delivering) I don’t understand I hope they take an action on it till then I’m not removing this review 🤦🏻‍♂️

The customer care executive was giving me the same replies and then she hung up on me without any explanation

I ordered a jacket & i have issue so i returned the jacket.i am waiting for my refund from last 15-20 days but no response from snitch.no customer support.they are making fool to people.i never recommend snitch to anyone 😡

Login this app with otp when delivery boy came to home he asked for OTP but I didn’t get when I checked in app mobile number was wrong how it’s possible when i login this app with otp I called customer support they told me we can raise a complaint and cancel this order then you will get refund and you can order it again disgusting I want to attend a marriage that day and they asked for reorder Too funny and really bad service

Every few days they roll out an update and won’t let the customer use the old app.

I had a terrible experience with this app. They delivered my product to the wrong address and now, during pickup, they’re claiming the address is incorrect. If the address was wrong, how did they manage to deliver it there in the first place? This clearly shows a lack of proper verification on their end. To make matters worse, when I called customer support, they disconnected my call after just 2 minutes, telling me that I am responsible for shipping the product back. They refuse to take accountability, stating that their delivery and logistics partners are different, which is just an excuse to avoid responsibility. Their service is unprofessional and frustrating. It’s their mistake, yet they expect the customer to bear the hassle of shipping the product back. I would not recommend this app to anyone until they improve their processes and take responsibility for their errors.

The products are good but the customer service is nonexistent. They create all kinds of issues to make it impossible for you to return the product. Im uninstalling the app and never returning.

I haven’t received the refund of ₹1.4K even after 9 business days. This is extremely disappointing service from Snitch. Despite reaching out multiple times, there’s no response. Let me know if you’d like it revised further!
