SNKRDUNK Buy & Sell Authentic

Complaint to customer service about Visa payment error and saying that they are fixing but now been weeks, still no fix. As international selling app, this should no be happening. So bad

If the seller changes their mind and thinks the price was too low, they can just not ship it to you and cancel the transaction and move on. Awful experience.

Purchased 6 sealed 151 boxes that arrived in great condition. Quick shipment and no issues with product.

Order 10 boxes of Japanese pokemon 151 booster boxes and the vendor shipped them with no shrink wrap. The vendor knew it would not pass SNKRDUNK authentication process with no shrink wrap.

Fantastic experience! Shipping from Japanwas literally SO QUICK (less than 3 days) once the items were authenticated and shipped. Sometimes you may buy something, but the seller never ships the item to SNKRDUNK, that’s not really an app issue, however snkrdunk may want to consider not doing business with sellers who dont honor the purchase price that we bought something for. I had 2 separate orders from 2 separate sellers, for pokemon boxes, 1 seller sent their items to SNKRDUNK to authenticate and it shipped super fast to me. The other seller has yet to send the pokemon boxes to SNKRDUNK, likely because the prices have went up. In that case snkrdunk should penalize these sellers, as it will ultimately reflect bad on the app. But again, that has nothing to do with the app. I had a great experience with this service and am grateful that it exists! Appreciated

This app is awful for buyers. They let sellers cancel last minute, they double charge and won’t refund, and they allow fake products to be sold. This app is a scam.

If prices for certain products go up then sellers on SNKRDUNK can just cancel orders so they can take advantage of higher prices.

While they have cool looking physical stores where you can buy product immediately, the app functions more like GOAT or StockX where individual sellers use the app to sell their shoes. I attempted to purchase a pair during SNKRDUNK’s recent shipping promo, and after weeks of not getting a shipping notification, turns out the seller would not ship the shoes. I looked to purchase the shoes again and the price had risen by nearly 40%. The only option I had was to cancel and repurchase at the higher price, which I did not do (given the historical sales figures of that shoe according to SNKRDUNK’s app were no where near 40% higher so really unjustified). Very unfortunate first experience with no financial consolation or incentive to try another purchase.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have bought 19 pair of shoes and never had any problems. They always arrive super quick from Japan as it usually takes 2 or 3 days for the shoes to arrive after they are shipped. All of my shoes have been legit as they have been verified. I am not a bot nor a paid advertisement by SNKRDUNK (I wouldn't mind some free stuff!). If you have any doubts go to youtube and you will see reviews from buyers about their experience.
