I can sign into the sofit5app

Hey I am unable to sign up. The app asks me if I’m a first time user, I say, ‘yes’ it sends me to the signup page but the submit options are: ‘look-up account’ or ‘cancel.’ … do you start to see the problem? Please fix, I have a friend asking me to join and I would like very much to use the app.

can you send an update out to fix the issue

Hi, it won’t let me sign up and the app does not work so can you fix it so it works right. I got it a while ago when I heard about it and can’t sign up. Once you get it fixed then I can do the app. Thank you.
