Worst app politics ever. Changing from buy and use to (you bought it? Who care , now pay a month subscription to continue use it). You got it...

Ottima applicazione per avere una cartella clinica del paziente digitale. (La uso per fisioterapia ma va bene per qualsiasi professione sanitaria) - molto facile da usare. - completamente personalizzabile tramite l'utilizzo e la creazione di "stamp" (in categorie e sottocategorie) che velocizzano la scrittura. - possibilità di disegnare su body chart. - esporta i dati via mail cloud dropbox. - dati protetti da password e criptati. - possibilità di allegare documenti di testo o pdf e foto al singolo paziente. Io personalmente ho riscontrato dei bugs prima sull'esportazione in generale poi solo delle singole visite in quanto quella su tutti i dati del paziente va. In ogni caso gli sviluppatori mi hanno contattato subito e hanno risolto già parzialmente il problema con questo aggiornamento, spero risolvano presto anche i rimanenti bug. Excellent application to have a digital patient records . ( I use it for physiotherapy but fine for any health care profession ) - Very easy to use . - Fully customizable through the use and creation of "stamp " ( in categories and subcategories ) that speed writing . - Ability to draw on the body chart . - Exports data via email dropbox cloud . - Data password protected and encrypted. - Ability to attach PDF and text documents or photos to the individual patient . I personally have found any bugs before export in general then only individual visits as that of all patient data goes . In any case, the developers have contacted me immediately and have already partially solved the problem with this update , I hope soon to resolve the remaining bugs .

I need help troubleshooting data sharing amongst other apple ID members to enable chart editing. I am not getting any support when I email customer support. I like what the app has to offer but there’s no costumer support like a phone number or chat to reach out. They don’t even have a website. I already paid for a subscription and I’m regretting it just because I have no customer support to help me troubleshoot my issues.

There are many glitches on this app. For example, if you want to export a document you have uploaded, you will not be able to.You will receive no response if you contact tech-support. Stay away from this app as it has essentially been abandoned by its developer.

It’s sad. This app no longer syncs cloud data between devices 😢

I used to use this app years ago and have used it on / off over the years when I was able to use it depending on the office and what the doctor wanted. I paid for another subscription this past week, but it says the subscription was stale. I reached out to their customer support twice, but nobody has gotten back to me in days. What a bummer…..

My office really loves this app but we recently had a IOS update and now it will not sync between my devices! We have contacted customer service several times with no response. Need help or I will have to find new software.

I love this app since it helps me keep records of my client’s visits and improvements. The only thing I would suggest to fix is the drawing part, when I try to go back and erase a little line it erases everything randomly and I lose my drawings! So I have opted for changing the paint to white and try to erase it that way without pressing anything else. It would be a bit better if we could add words/typing to our pics for faster additions as well. I also have to take pics of my client’s improvements and would be lovely to be able to add them to their file instead of keeping them in my phone. Thank you for making this so simple!

Going paperless has been a dream in my bodywork practice. So, I’ve decided to go for it and start using the app. So, far, pretty great! But, when trying to export a document from a patient’s file, nothing happens and it kicks me back to the previous screen. So, uploading a document gets trapped in the app with no way to export it! Fix this and I’d be more than happy to change my rating. update: After a bit of back and forth communication with the developer and there is a complicated workaround that needs to be redone each time a document, such as a .pdf., is exported. I’d love to encourage the developers to fix this singular glaring issue then and I’ll totally change to five stars. I love using this app and it’s streamlined my chart note taking in wonderful ways! Desperately needs a better note export function. This is far too tedious to run no-fault on a regular basis and that’s a large market to leave out of the business model.
