All I wanted to do was make an order for pick up. Impossible to navigate app

They will spam you with ads and offers regardless what your settings are

Used live chat. No help. Told me to go to different department but no phone number or email as to how to reach them. Stopped shopping with them due to never getting my points

When you add something to your cart it doesn’t give me a total of the purchase or of the cart.

This app is literally the best app if you want to avoid shopping at Sobeys. The programmers are obviously also responsible for the uselessness of the webpage as well. I’d like to shop at Sobeys but every other shopping app and website is actually work so there is no point bothering with Sobeys.

Since the latest update, my app runs slow and glitchy. It’s frustrating to use.

App is good but performance is extremely poor. Very slow when trying to look up offers.

The tech team can’t help but. For some reason I got signed out and now I miss the NHL challenge. I did so well before this unfixed situation.

You can’t shop aisles what is this for you should take save on foods where we can shop aisles. Not user friendly will never use this app again how useless. Do better. Honestly how terrible this app is I do not want to shop at your store. Thanks for wasting my time.
