It worked now for 2 months and beginning last week ago i cant re-connect my side table to the Wifi! 2 Stars are even too much! Support very bad! No answer since more than a week (they said it takes 2 work days...!)

I bought this for the app functions and now its stop working for 2yrs now! Im so frustrated, if u can’t even update the app then stop selling them!
Never connects to the WiFi, Bluetooth is worthless, the app is clunky and awful. The speakers are crackly and buzz. The knobs on the back snap off so easily. They “fixed” one by just replacing the entire thing. Expensive piece of c r a p.
I’ve had my 2 tables for about 5 years now. Love them. But the app gave me extra functions with the table i can no longer enjoy. I’ve tried it w 5 and 2.4 and it absolutely will not connect. It’s very frustrating and i just miss having all the functions. Wish they would update the app
Is this company still alive? No customer service, Table doesn’t connect to any wifi. You would assume for such an expensive table they could afford an engineer and a CR rep. Don’t bother with downloading the app, Table won’t work.
I tried contacting support several times. There is no support. Now I have two expensive side tables that function worse that a cheap one from wal-mart… the drawers in those would at least be bigger…
The table no longer connects to the app and you are unable to change led lights and motion sensor settings. The app hasn’t been updated and needs to be for the newer iPhones
My side table has been working for year but all of a sudden it lost the WiFi connection and now won’t reconnect. Please update your app!
Can’t connect with the new IOS update.
I’ve had my side table for years, and the app treated me well—until, suddenly, yesterday. The table’s front light was flashing, and the app was no longer in control of the table’s functions. I tried about a billion times to reconnect, but I was never successful. The app says I’m not connected to my network, but I am. I have no idea what actually changed. My personal set-up hasn’t. Bah. The app is, of course, essential to the proper functioning of the table.
