I am stunned that this app is so terrible. Don’t waste your time

In the world of mobility where most internet traffic is on mobile, why would Socialbee just have a companion app vs a feature rich experience of the WebApp. Totally disappointing. This current “companion app” leaves so much to be desired that if the product team really cared, they would understand based upon usability data what the customers really need - which is not this.

The app works fine for me, it’s incredibly basic, but it is useful to assist in posting to the different social media platforms as required. I’ve personally not encountered any issues that others have commented on their reviews. As such I’m not sure it’s really fair that this app has such a poor rating. The web app is really useful, and I wish we had the ability to add posts to categories on the phone app, but we don’t which is sad. But social bee is clear that the phone app is intended to help with posting to instagram and TikTok. One thing I’ve noticed is I don’t have to use the app each time something posts, just the first time something posts from a specific category. Which is really nice.

The app is the only way to post some things to Instagram but the push notifications almost never work. You can’t copy the text, or the media isn’t available. Useless on mobile.

This app doesn’t really do anything. Should be able to create posts at the very least.

Desktop is great. App just doesn’t function at all.

While I enjoy SocialBee on desktop, this app is trash. What’s frustrating is that I only really use it for reminders to post on IG, but if I can’t even do that, because the app doesn’t load, we’ll then what’s the point?

Socialbee is pretty good on desktop, but this app is useless. It doesn’t refresh profiles, can’t schedule things, can’t add profiles… Seriously, you’d be better off NOT having an app instead of this… thing.

Get blank screen. So frustrating! Unfortunately the only way to share on my personal FB page! Not cool SocialBee. For $40/ month this is not acceptable.
