I am a bubble ambassador and I was kicked off my account (I’m on Apple) and no matter what I do it won’t let me back on. The customer support is so poor they won’t help fix the problem. I can log in on my husbands Samsung but my Apple a refuses to let me in and I’m missing ALL of my challenges. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I have $80 of rewards that have yet to be sent to me. I was working an internship over the semester and redeemed my rewards somewhere in late November or early December. I was told that I should receive my reward emails between December 8-13th. It’s now January 2nd and I have yet to receive any information. The customer support system seems to leave a LOT to desire.

This app took all my information for al the apps I use then crashed every time I tried to login or use the app. I tried deleting and then downloading again to get back in multiple times. I tried to login on the web and that resulted in not being able to login. Now I can’t delete my info and this company has it all stored. I tried to contact their customer service and wasn’t able to reach anything other than a bot. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It works a third of the time and it is super frustrating. Customer care has to be on a video call with you, to help you.

I’m impressed by how easy it is for brands to use this to organize their data with influencer marketing. I have friends who work full time jobs sorting through outreach DMs and emails meanwhile this app really be doing all the work for them already. Surprised it isn’t a bigger thing yet tbh in my honest opinion! No cap!

I like being part of a program that does this, but the app is very clunky and annoying to use. Gives a notification that someone likes or commented on my feed, but doesn’t allow me to click on it to go directly there. If you want to comment on someone’s feed, the text box isn’t big enough and you can’t move around in it so you can’t proofread and edit. You can’t edit the answers to the questions you respond to when you first set it up. Basically you can’t do anything easily except look at the feed and complete the challenges.

This App is terrible. Everything is way harder than it needs to be.

i got logged out of my account and lost all of my points. this is really upsetting because i has just figured out how to use the app.

Honestly I never write reviews but I need to because it’s getting really annoying and needs an update to fix all the glitches this app has. It never loads and it’s so frustrating when completing stuff as an ambassador. Fix it!!!
