Society6: Art, Decor & More

I love the art but the app infuriates me, it’s so glitchy I can’t use it. And I just spent about $300 on the site and of course now it won’t let me login, just spins and spins and times out. If I didn’t already know it was legit I would be panicking. Id love to buy more but the constant glitches deter me from scrolling unfortunately

App doesn’t work at all. Can’t sign in or sign up. Can you please update so the app is useable again.

I ordered something from this app and it said it would be delivered within two weeks but it has been 4 weeks and still haven’t received my order. I made sure my address was right and they still couldn’t give me my order on time. Also the delivery app kept showing that my order had been delivered a week ago but i didn’t get it. I would never recommend anyone to use this app ever instead order from well trusted apps

Every time I try clicking my favourites or wish list it just goes white screen and doesn’t let me view what’s saved. Makes it kinda hard to revisit things I wanted to buy

I really love shopping on Society6, so I’m really bummed the app is such a headache to use. After over a year, I continue to have the same problems: It can never keep me signed in while I’m using the app, I can sign in and as soon as I view an item it tells me I need to sign in again; I can’t even open my profile or the app freezes and crashes; when you’re shopping and select an item to view, there’s no back button. The list goes on. I continue to hope that one day they will fix all the bugs and this will be a great app to use. Until that day comes, save yourself the troubles and shop from Soceity6 in your browser.

I love all the art I have so much on my bedroom walls and I’m planning to purchase some for my upcoming apartment although the app is super glitchy. Please fix this so I can look through all the art you guys have to offer!

I have a few pieces that are conversation starter when people come into my home. The artists are amazing and the artworks incredible. This site is amazing and my orders are always package with care as if one was looking after a baby, haha. I am one happy customer😁❤️

I promoted something by mistake and I can’t delete that promotion! There’s no way to change your avatar. The “my sales” tab won’t work. The “activity” tab only shows 2 transactions from 3 years ago, with the wrong date... why bother with an app if it’s not going to work at all?!

When you’re in the « shop » section and you click on an image, there’s no possibility to go back at your research! You have to do the original search all over again and scroll to the page you were. Such a pain and a waste of time!

There is no back button! It’s quite frustrating! You are probably losing a ton of sales because you are making things very difficult to navigate !!
