I have learned so much about myself through this app. Seriously, it has saved me thousands of dollars in therapy. I feel like I’m beginning to step into what I really am as a divine being of light, love & compassion. Kudos to the creators… this is the best mindfulness app in the market now hands down!

Best app of all time if you’re working on yourself. Not only does it have the work broken down into steps but it’s catered to you specifically. It is flooded with information that teaches you and areas to help you retain what you learn then shows you how to put into action. It’s setup/process is geared to benefit all learning styles not just specified towards one ie it’s a mix of visual, auditory, hands on, solitary etc. The apps creators are dedicated to its viewers & are actually real people that you can contact if you need help or have an issue. I love how organized & prioritized the content is laid out. It really streamlined the self help process & is at a pace that agrees with me! Thank you for this :))

This is a great app. I wasn’t sure of how it would All work at first and it stated a little slow but once I got into it I fell in love. It is way beyond self-help . If you want a deep dive into yourself and the junction between science and spiritual, this app is for you.

I have been able to use this app to focus more on my spiritual life through a difficult time. It is easy to listen to and read and great for self-evaluation!

What an INCREDIBLE app. I am finally feeling grounded and centered after diving into SoCreates for just a couple days. With such a crazy world it’s easy to get down on yourself, this heart fullness app reminds you how to come back to your true self, and how to love yourself! Can’t say enough of how this has helped me get back on the track, and feel stable again!

I meditate regularly and have good awareness of my mind and body. Socreates is helping be overcome new barriers to heartful mindfulness. I used other meditation apps, which were fine, but when I started this, I haven’t needed another one. Thank you for this work.
