Takes you over 10 hours to fail at getting this to work with anything, new stuff they do not even have listed so impossible to function correctly

What in tarnation? I can’t remove commands from an activity? I have to delete the entire activity and recreate? It’s important to know that this app/remote can’t call activities directly from things like Roku, home assistant and etc. basically if it can be done via api this remote won’t do it. IF YOU are looking to replace your aging Logitech remote this is NOT the remote for you if you are a power user. I want this to better so badly.

I have been very happy with the remote. I haven’t had any concerning issues. I can turn on and off activities through HomeAssistant and also send Webhooks from the remote to HomeAssistant such as to run an automation. The play/pause would be better near the center of the remote instead of the bottom - other than that I don’t have any concerns.

Intuitive and fast this solved all my problems

App failed to save progress when setting up new devices. Several errors and a crash; all after just one hour of use.

Remote does not work as should

The device database is incomplete, and the app failed to enable me to setup the remote. I’m no neophyte, successfully programming (and using) multiple generations of Logi____ and NEEO remotes (with hubs). After hours of video tutorials, troubleshooting and testing, it completely failed to deliver a working remote. I returned the device and deleted this software.

Not a useful platform yet and no support.

No clue why this app has so many bad reviews but I’m glad I didn’t come here first before purchasing my remote. It does everything it’s suppose to do and clone your old remote into the new is easy with the app. Maybe it got bad reviews because of the lack of default remotes in its repo? Regardless, I bought it for its remote cloning capabilities and it passes with flying colors.
