Successfully purchased two products to ship to the states. Order was shipped but never delivered to my address. I’ve reached out twice to soko store retailer and the package carrier, and have had no response. I’ve purchased through the website before and had no problems. Only with the app have I had issues.

The App is easy to navigate, and it offers a wide range of popular Korean brands, also, the prices are so affordable compared to other online shops in the gcc region. The delivery was fast, I received my package the next day and their packaging is superb. I’m definitely going to order again.
