Se si potesse utilizzare anche distanti dall’impianto sarebbe molto più utile.

L’app in se è ben strutturata, permette di monitorare bene l’impianto e la grafica è molto moderna. Sarebbe favoloso se nell’app puoi gestire il cambio password per connettersi al Wi-Fi (qualora uno ha necessità di cambiare password). Oltre ad avere magari possibilità di gestire la visione dei grafici passati in modo più intuitivo. Queste due funzioni semplici ma grandiose renderebbero l’app perfetta.

facile da utilizzare in meno di 5 minuti si configura un inverter e in 2 secondi fa l’autotest 👍👍👍👍

Not even allowed to perform login

Release notes that state “ Bug fixes and improvements” are a cop out by a lazy product manager. What bugs were fixed? What “improvements” were made? Why isnit necessary to physically touch an inverter to get a inverter or communications status? The whole idea of an app is to be able to do more than just look at numbers. If you look hard enough with this app, and are standing next to the inverter, you can stumble across a “log”, that shows errors. Why on earth can’t we do that without being home? Good grief!

Please update your app for the new iPhone 15 software!! This app won’t run on my iPhone 15 pro it’s iOS 17

It will not connect to another inverter. Not sure if this was an update or not. As it was working fine before. I am on an iPad. All it does is connect and hangs on processing. Can’t go further. Tried reinstalling, didn’t work. Verified credentials were correct, didn’t help. The app works on other devices but refuses to work on this iPad. This software is heresy.

Not helpfull Takes forever to talk with someone

I’ve refrained from updating this app because the old version still was extremely successful, but I was forced to get the new version and it won’t even allow me to begin the activation. It’s literally frozen... as a solar tech this is extremely extremely extremely annoying.. because it doesn’t work. how can I complete the system and activate it.. if it doesn’t work..

This app is crap. Bring back screens or make commissioning an inverter take less than 45 mins.
